What does project management have in common with wolves?

"A simple project is like a pack of wolves on the hunt, constantly moving in pursuit of their target. As predators hunting in packs, wolves communicate with each other using special sounds while hunting. This allows them to coordinate their actions with a view to the common goal of catching prey. Communication becomes a key success factor for joint hunting. A pack of wolves that communicates poorly has a lower success rate than one that communicates well. This insight can be transferred one-to-one to project teams. In contrast to wolves, who slowly grow into their pack, project employees have to carry out their tasks in an unknown team without a long introduction. Such teams are relatively immature at the beginning and trust between the individual team members develops only slowly. Given the short time in the project, the project teams have to become productive as quickly as possible and work in a coordinated manner towards the common goal."
